Multiple Applicants

Roommates, co-signers, or couples — add as many applicants as needed. Each person fills out their own form. All grouped together for easy review.

Photo ID Upload

Applicants can take a photo of their driver’s license directly from their phone camera or upload an existing image.

How it works

Enter the applicant’s name and email in Vulkify. If there are multiple people applying (roommates, couples, co-signers), add each one — they’ll each get their own application link.

Each applicant receives an email with a unique link to fill out the application. It takes about 5 minutes. They enter their personal details, employment and income, current residence info, and upload a photo of their driver’s license.

As each person submits, you receive an email notification with a summary. All submitted applications are available in your dashboard for review. From there, you can move applicants directly into tenant screening.
